Obituary

Garland, TX - On April 22, 2024, the world lost a bright light far too soon. Cooper Kupiec, age 23, left this earth, leaving behind a legacy that will echo through time.

Cooper was born on February 12, 2001, into a world that was blessed by his presence. With a huge heart, he touched the lives of all who knew him. Though his journey was short, his impact was immense.

A gifted musician, he poured his soul into every chord, every lyric, leaving behind a symphony of memories that will speak to us forever. He was a wordsmith, a poet of life, painting the world with his prose and verse. His words captured the essence of existence, inviting us to see the tragedy and the beauty in the ordinary. Often deep, his music was his form of therapy.

But perhaps Cooper's greatest masterpiece was the way he lived. With a magnetic personality, he drew others to him, illuminating their lives with his infectious energy and ridiculous sense of humor.

Cooper navigated his faith and belief with courage and conviction. His love for Jesus was the compass that guided his steps, his faith a source of strength and solace in times of joy and sorrow alike. He inspired all who knew him, a testament to the depth of his spirit and the sincerity of his soul.

Cooper is preceded in death by his beloved brother, Cameron Kupiec, who surely welcomed him with open arms into eternity's embrace.

He is survived by his siblings, Cohen Kupiec, Caleb and wife Bailey Kupiec; and his nephew, Indigo Kupiec, who will carry his memory in their hearts forever.

He leaves behind his devoted parents, Casey and Chariti Kupiec; and his adoring grandparents, Dan and Norma Kupiec, Jeff and Marianne Haley, and Grandmother Rachael Newsom; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends whose lives were enriched by his presence.

As we mourn the loss of Cooper, let us also celebrate the gift of his life. Though he may be gone from our sight, his spirit lives on in the hearts of those who loved him, a beacon of hope in a world still in need of his light.

Rest in peace, dear Cooper. Your melody lingers on, a timeless refrain in the symphony of life.
